Myth Series: The 80/20 Rule

We all have heard of the 80/20 rule… and we all think that it works! But does it? Sure, it does for many industries. However, does it work for Executive Recruiters, Sales reps or staffing managers in the staffing & recruiting industry? (Background music is lower in online course)

    great points…..my last year’s 80/20 have fallen off the face of the earth and now my current 80/20 will stop hiring in the near future (they’ve hired a lot over the past 10 months). the top producers are always looking for the next big thing.

    Absolutely agree – your business may be 80/20, just keep up the market penetration so your 80/20 each month isn’t only the same one this month as it was last month – and that circle will keep turning for you.
